About Us

The Preserve at Grand Lake is an upscale, gated community of Single Family Homes on the beautiful shores of Courthouse Hollow on Grand Lake O' The Cherokees.  The gated entranceway provides controlled access and security for the homeowners.  Living on Grand Lake offers our homeowners with an abundance of recreational opportunities, including fishing, boating, swimming and watching beautiful sunsets and wildlife in the area year round.  The Preserve has a large private Marina with boat slips enjoyed by our members.  The Homeowners Association Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners and lot owner members and serves to provide maintenance and care of the marina and common areas of the property.  The Preserve is located just 5 minutes from Grove, OK, the largest city on the Lake, with many conveniences (shopping, restaurants, medical and recreational facilities) south on Hwy 59, to East 320 Rd, then west.  Scroll down to view a Plat Survey of The Preserve properties. ​
