About Us

The Preserve at Grand Lake is an upscale, gated community of Single Family Homes on the beautiful shores of Courthouse Hollow on Grand Lake O' The Cherokees.  The gated entranceway provides controlled access and security for the homeowners.  Living on Grand Lake offers our homeowners with an abundance of recreational opportunities including fishing, boating, swimming and enjoying beautiful sunsets, water views, and wildlife in the area year round.  The Preserve has a large private Marina with boat slips exclusive to our members.  The Homeowners Association Board of Directors is elected by the lot owner members and serves to provide maintenance and care of the marina and common areas of the property.  The Preserve is located just 5 minutes from Grove, OK, the largest city on the Lake, with many conveniences like shopping, restaurants, medical, and recreational facilities nearby.
